Integration of digital services for women's health

VaginaVerso is a Bayer project dedicated to women's intimate health, created with the aim of offering information, guidance and support to women through an accessible and reliable digital platform. Salute360 supported the project by integrating within the VaginaVerso platform its digital services, with the aim of making the user experience more complete, useful and concrete.

The role of Salute360

Salute360 provided its ecosystem of services, integrating them into the VaginaVerso platform to accompany users along a structured path from information to access to services. A central element of the project is Gynochat, the chat with the gynecologist featured on the VaginaVerso portal. Salute360 curates and manages the service, coordinating the team of gynecologists and ensuring the smooth operational and technological functioning of the chat.

Concrete support for users

Through the integration of Salute360 services, VaginaVerso evolves from an information portal to a platform capable of offering concrete support to women, maintaining consistency between content, guidance and access to digital services. The integration was designed with respect for the roles and responsibilities of the different actors, ensuring regulatory compliance and user protection.
